Premiership side Sunderland will provide the blue-riband opposition for Guiseley in their final summer fixture at Nethermoor.

Guiseley officials are confident of attracting a healthy gate for the fixture on Tuesday, August 11 (kick off 7.45pm) which comes just four days before the start of their Premier Division campaign at home to Matlock Town.

Admission for the Black Cats friendly is £10 adults and £5 for children and OAPs.

Those who pay in will be allowed a £2 voucher for use at any home league fixture in August.

Under-12s can watch the friendly for free.

Guiseley chairman Phil Rogerson said: "The game will kick off the start of our centenary season and we're very excited about it with Sunderland being a Premiership side and they have said they will send some first-team squad players."
