Guiseley boss Steve Kittrick wants his Nethermoor outfit to take their blinding FA Trophy form into their UniBond Premier Division promotion quest.

Guiseley moved into the second round proper on Saturday with a 1-0 victory against Blue Square North outfit Redditch United, Danny Ellis' second-half winner putting them into the hat for today's draw.

Kittrick is dreaming of taking on a Blue Square Premier big gun, possibly away from home, but above all else wants his men's Trophy displays replicated in the league.

"The draw's on Monday and we'll take anybody but if you go away somewhere, you would like to go to a big club wouldn't you?," said Kittrick.

"But we're playing well at the moment, we'll get what we get, and what we'd like to do is to go on a run and convert this into our league form.

"I thought we played very well on Saturday and I think the result flattered them more than us."

Admitting he is proud of his side's Trophy run, Kittrick added: "I don't think we've got this far before but I'm not sure of that.

"But I think this is the last 32 now and that's an achievement in itself and we have played four rounds to get here."
